Terms of Service

1. General Information

GoEscape is operated as a personal hobby business by:

2. The Service

GoEscape provides digital, self-guided outdoor escape games. Upon purchase, the customer instantly receives a unique game code via email and on screen, granting access to the game platform.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). The service is not subject to VAT under Danish hobby business regulations. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and instantaneous upon successful payment. The game code and game link are immediately sent to the email address provided.

5. Validity and Flexibility

A purchased game code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can play at any time of your choosing without booking a fixed time slot.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to unused game codes from the date of purchase.

Once the game has begun (by entering the code on the game page and pressing "Start Tour"), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, as digital performance has commenced with the consumer's explicit prior consent.

7. Public Safety and Liability

Participation in GoEscape takes place in public spaces and is at the participants' own risk. Participants must obey local traffic laws and respect private property. GoEscape cannot be held liable for accidental personal injuries or damage to personal property (including smartphones).

8. Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint, please reach out to us at info@go-escape.dk. Consumers may also submit complaints to the Danish dispute resolution board, Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).
